Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas integrasi platform e-learning dengan model coaching instruksional untuk guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Malang, serta evaluasi efektivitas dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan dua kelompok: (1) kelompok intervensi yang menerima paket integrasi LMS + coaching instruksional terjadwal selama 6 bulan (n = 60), dan (2) kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti pengembangan profesional konvensional (n = 60). Data mencakup instrumen kuantitatif (observasi kelas terstandar menggunakan rubrik kualitas pembelajaran, pre-post test kompetensi pedagogik) dan data kualitatif (wawancara guru, log aktivitas di platform, dan studi kasus sekolah). Analisis ANCOVA untuk menguji perbedaan efek intervensi, analisis tematik pada data kualitatif untuk menelaah mekanisme perubahan praktik mengajar. Hasilnya, integrasi platform e-learning dan coaching meningkatkan skor kualitas pembelajaran, signifikan dibanding kontrol (efek sedang, Δ > 0.30 SD; p < 0.05). Analisis kualitatif mengindikasikan peningkatan: (a) akses berkelanjutan ke modul mikro-pelatihan dan contoh praktik melalui LMS; (b) feedback terpersonalisasi dalam sesi coaching; dan (c) kultur kolaboratif yang didorong rekaman pembelajaran dan peer review, selaras dengan bukti coaching yang fokus pada praktik, dikombinasikan dukungan teknologi yang memfasilitasi refleksi, memperkuat transfer pembelajaran ke praktik kelas. Sehingga, kombinasi platform e-learning terstruktur dan coaching instruksional efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di jenjang SD.
